Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of Suitdio's services. By using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Suitdio's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using our services.

2. Description of Service

Suitdio provides a comprehensive platform for digital content creation, collaboration, and distribution. Our services include but are not limited to:

  • Web-based content creation tools
  • Cloud storage and file management
  • Collaboration and sharing features
  • Analytics and reporting tools
  • API access for developers

3. User Accounts and Age Requirements

You must be at least 14 years old to use our services. If you are under 18 years old, you must have parental or guardian consent to use our services. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 14.

To access certain features of our service, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

Parents and guardians are responsible for monitoring their minor children's use of our services. If we become aware that a child under 14 has provided personal information without parental consent, we will take steps to remove such information.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe upon the rights of others
  • Upload or distribute malicious software
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Use our services for spam or unsolicited communications
  • Engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with our services

5. Intellectual Property

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Suitdio and its licensors. The service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

6. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit, post, or display on or through the service. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, copy, reproduce, process, adapt, modify, publish, transmit, display, and distribute such content.

7. Privacy Policy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of the service, to understand our practices.

We comply with applicable data protection laws including GDPR and Korean Personal Information Protection Act. You have the right to access, modify, or delete your personal data. Contact us at account@suitdio.com for data-related requests.

We retain your data only as long as necessary to provide our services or as required by law. Upon account deletion, personal data will be permanently removed within 30 days, except where longer retention is required by applicable laws.

8. Service Availability and Data Backup

We strive to maintain 99.9% service uptime for paid subscribers. Scheduled maintenance will be announced at least 24 hours in advance. We maintain regular backups of user data and will make reasonable efforts to restore data in case of system failures.

While we implement robust backup systems, users are encouraged to maintain their own backups of critical data. We are not liable for data loss due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

9. Payment and Billing

Suitdio offers both free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed according to the billing cycle you select (monthly or annually). All fees are non-refundable except as expressly set forth in our Refund Policy below.

  • Subscription fees are charged in advance on a recurring basis
  • You authorize us to charge your selected payment method
  • Failure to pay fees may result in suspension or termination of your account
  • Price changes will be communicated with at least 30 days advance notice

New users may be eligible for a free trial period. During the trial, you have access to premium features at no cost. If you do not cancel before the trial period expires, you will be automatically charged for the subscription plan you selected.

10. Refund Policy

We offer refunds under the following circumstances:

  • Accidental purchases: Full refund within 7 days of purchase if no significant usage has occurred
  • Technical issues: Refund for service disruptions lasting more than 48 consecutive hours
  • Billing errors: Correction and refund of any incorrect charges
  • Cancellation within trial period: No charges if cancelled before trial expiration

To request a refund, please contact our support team at account@suitdio.com with your account details and reason for the refund request. Refund requests are typically processed within 5-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

"Refunds are not available for services that have been actively used beyond the trial period, except in cases of technical failures on our part."

11. Cancellation and Subscription Management

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period, and you will retain access to paid features until that time.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately.

Following account termination, we will retain your data for 30 days to allow for account recovery. After this period, data may be permanently deleted unless required to be retained by law.

13. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Suitdio, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

14. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the service shall first be addressed through good faith negotiations. If such negotiations fail, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Korean Commercial Arbitration Board.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. The Seoul Central District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any legal proceedings.

16. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

We will notify you of changes through email, in-app notifications, or by posting an announcement on our website. Your continued use of the service after any changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

18. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms will otherwise remain in full force and effect and enforceable.
